Policies
All rates are subject to 8% NH Rooms Tax. Rates are based on double occupancy
for studios and one bedroom condo suites, and quad occupancy for two bedrooms.
Additional guests are $20 per night. Rates are valid through June, 2008.
This facility is non-smoking.

Payment
and Cancellation Policies During Special Events:
$300 non-refundable deposit. Two easy payments one due on the 15th of March
and the other due on May 15th.
Note:
We offer plenty of parking lot space for trailers, and security parking lot
with a cover area for bikes. We also set up hoses and rags so that our
biker guests can easily wash their bikes
