General Policies
Rates are valid through September 1, 2008. All rates are subject
to 8% NH Rooms Tax.
Rates are based on double occupancy for studios and one bedroom
condo suites, and quad occupancy for two bedrooms. Additional guests
are $15.00 in the winter, spring and fall, and $20.00 for the summer,
special events,
and holiday periods. Children under 12 are
FREE. This is a non-smoking facility.

10% discounts
for AARP/SENIORS/AAA/MILITARY/TRAVEL AGENTS (Positive identification
required)
Payment and
Cancellation Policies:
NO charge if cancellation is received 7 days prior to check-in. $25.00 charge
if cancellation is received less than 7 days to check-in
Full rate will be charged if cancellation is made on the day of arrival. 1
night deposit of a major credit card is required to hold a
reservation (See Specials for Special Event
Rates & Policies).
